Getting your custom orthotics is simple—just 3 easy steps:

Call to schedule a convenient in-home appointment. Dr. Frank will discuss your needs and ensure the visit is tailored to you.

Frank comes directly to your home, where he takes detailed molds and measurements of your feet to create perfectly fitted custom orthotics.

Once your orthotics are ready—typically in about two weeks—Frank personally delivers them to your home.

PRICING

$399 + tax

Payment is cash only

Payment is split into two parts:

Half is due at the molding appointment

The remainder is due at delivery

Insurance is not accepted directly. However, Frank will provide the proper documentation so you can submit for possible reimbursement
