Frank received his Master’s degree from USC and later in 2012 returned to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Temple University. He is also among a very limited group of Physical Therapists who are Orthopedic Certified Specialists. Frank has been casting and fitting patients for custom orthotics for over 25 years and has been in private practice his entire career. He has a deep understanding of the biomechanics of the foot and how it relates to Orthopedic dysfunction. Frank is married with three grown children and enjoys Wake Surfing, Paddle Boarding, Pickle Ball, Golf, Hiking, Snowboarding and working out at the gym.
