FAQ

1. What are custom orthotics?
Custom orthotics are medical-grade shoe inserts designed specifically for your feet to improve alignment, relieve pain, and provide support.

2. How are they different from store-bought insoles?
Unlike generic insoles, custom orthotics are molded to the unique shape of your feet, addressing your specific needs for comfort, performance, and pain relief.

3. What conditions can orthotics help with?
They can help with plantar fasciitis, flat feet, heel pain, knee or hip pain, back pain, bunions, and general foot fatigue.

4. How long does the process take?
The initial in-home fitting usually takes about 30–45 minutes. Your orthotics are ready in approximately 2 weeks, then delivered directly to your home.

5. How long do orthotics last?
With proper care, custom orthotics typically last 3-5 years. This may vary depending on use and lifestyle and they can be repaired or recovered at a low cost.

6. Can I use orthotics in all my shoes?
Most orthotics can fit in athletic shoes, casual shoes, and work shoes. For special footwear (like dress shoes or cowboy boots), an additional lower profile pair can be ordered.

7. Will insurance cover orthotics?
Frank does not bill insurance directly, but he provides the forms you’ll need to submit for possible reimbursement.

8. How much do they cost?
$399 + tax. Half is paid at the molding appointment and the remainder at delivery.

9. Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No referral is required—you can schedule directly.

10. How soon will I feel results?
Many patients notice improvement within a few days, while for others it may take a few weeks as their body adjusts.
